Active Directory — both Azure AD and on-premise Windows AD — is also supported for SSO and account lifecycle management.
During onboarding, each worker registers a reference selfie which is stored as an encrypted biometric template. At every check-in, the mobile app captures a live photo and runs a liveness check before matching it to the stored template. The liveness check ensures a static photo cannot be used to fool the system. Geo-fencing then confirms the worker is physically at the site before the attendance is saved.
Yes. Each site or workcation can be assigned its own work calendar, weekly off pattern, public holiday list, and overtime rules. This is essential for enterprises operating in both India (Mon–Sat calendars, statutory PF/ESI rules) and the GCC (Sun–Thu work week, Eid holidays, WPS compliance). Multiple currencies are also supported for overtime rate calculations.
A standard implementation takes 2–4 weeks: site and geofence configuration (week 1), ERP connector setup and testing (week 2), worker bulk-enrolment or self-registration (week 3), and parallel-run before go-live (week 4).
